You won't find a lot in German newspapers. They only say that Brugge is rather interested but I haven't read anything about an agreement between Brugge and the MSV.

So nothing of great importance. Don't get your hopes up

I had some english lessons at school.

We have only three forwards and Wagner is one of the favourite player in the team.

If the management decides to let Wagner go, the crowd will be angry and furious. The reason is, that - without Wagner - the team would have not any chance to reach the Bundesliga in my opinion.

Do you have any sources about this rumour?
